How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly from our website by selecting your product, choosing size and clicking “Add to Cart” then “Checkout”.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support Cash on Delivery (COD) and other available online payment methods (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) depending on checkout options.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?
Delivery usually takes inside Dhaka 1-3 working days and outside Dhaka 3-7 working days depending on your location.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, we deliver across all districts in Bangladesh.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, inside Dhaka – 80 taka and outside Dhaka – 150 taka. Delivery charges may vary depending on location and order value. Exact charges are shown at checkout.
